Care Providers work closely with Medical Professionals such as Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Nurses from Home Health Agencies to assist them with providing the resident with their individual care needs.

Each care provider has undergone comprehensive reference checks. They have had health screening and were tested and cleared for TB and other transmittable infectious diseases. They have also been fingerprinted and had criminal backgrounds checked and cleared by the FBI and the California Department of Justice.

All care providers carry a current First Aid Card. They are also provided with continuous education on Elder Abuse and Personal Rights of the Residents.
